Chicken Noodle Soup

1 whole rotisserie chicken

2 ea. 32 oz chicken broth

1 package egg noodles

Shredded or sliced carrots

Chopped celery

1 or 2 TB Lagniappe Salt Free seasoning

Bring broth to a soft boil. Add carrots and celery and let cook for 5 minutes. Add egg noodles and cook until tender. Turn heat to simmer. Add de-boned rotisserie chicken and seasoning. Let simmer for 10 minutes. If you prefer more broth, add more broth or supplement with water.
