Shrimp Bisque

3 packs Knorr Cream of Leak soup

Mix with 4 1/4 cups of water.  Cook until creamy and turn down heat.

2-3 lbs. fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 1/4 cup butter

1/4 tsp Cajunga Low Country Boil seasoning (add more to taste)

Saute shrimp in butter and seasoning until pink.

Add shrimp mixture to leak soup. 

Next, add the following:

2 tsp worcestershire sauce

3 cups heavy cream

Bring to a soft boil.  Turn off heat and serve.  Serves 4-6.
