Creamy Shrimp Bisque

Step 1:

2 packs Knorr Cream of Leak Soup

2 3/4 cups water

Mix above together and cook on medium high heat until thickened.  Set aside.

Step 2:

1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined, cut into bite size pieces

1 stick unsalted butter

1/4 tsp Cajunga Low Country Boil Seasoning

Melt butter in skillet.  Add seasoning.  Add shrimp and cook til pink.

Step 3:

Add shrimp mixture to soup mixture.  Return soup to burner and add:

2 tsp worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 cups half & half

1/4 - 1/2 tsp Cajunga Low Country Boil Seasoning (or add a little at the time and taste for spice level)

Cook on medium heat stirring until soup is heated through.  

Makes 4 bowls of bisque.
