Mango Pineapple Peach Serrano Salsa

1/2 cup canned peaches, drained and chopped (or fresh when available)

1/2 cup canned chunk pineapple, drained and chopped

1 fresh whole mango, chopped

1/4 of a whole red bell pepper, chopped

1 thin slice of red onion, chopped or can use green onions

Chopped cilantro

1/2 to 3/4 cup Peach Serrano Jam

Chop ingredients consistently.  Mix all ingredients together and chill for 20-30 minutes.  Serve over cooked fish or chicken or with chips.

(Hint:  Use Caribbean Citrus Seasoning on the fish or chicken.  The combination is wonderful!)
